Executive One-on-One Coaching / Mentoring

Not feel-good couch sessions. There will be plenty of active listening, sure, but we will do the heavy lifting through roll-up-your-sleeves, lively white-boarding sessions. In this way, we provide your executives truly custom-tailored ways to think about and approach the business. Your leaders will gain tremendous clarity on your company’s specific challenges and opportunities, a clear path on the best plan of attack, and accountability as they execute that plan.

Emerging Leaders Programs

For larger entities with emerging leaders, you want to attract and keep the best talent. And you want them to be the physical embodiment of your culture to your customers and the front lines. Our Leadership Effectiveness Program can be tailored to your team and delivered in a combination of one-on-one mentoring and group workshops.

Quarterly Operations Reviews and Planning Sessions 

These sessions will instill a natural heartbeat or rhythm into your business to keep you and your whole team focused on the right things. In lean manufacturing circles, they use the term TAKT, which means synchronizing the pace of production with sales. Content is king, so these online training options are full of actionable content. Highland Ross feels strongly about providing practical, substantive information. Training Creation / Delivery / Facilitation

Highland Ross can deliver your company’s training modules in workshop/classroom settings. If your company has already designed a training program for employees, Highland Ross will energetically facilitate your program. If your company only has the kernel of an idea for a training need, Highland Ross will work with you to jointly design a workshop. We will develop slides, handouts, and opportunities for periodic check-ins once the workshop comes to a close.

Consulting Services 

There will be times when you genuinely don’t have the answer or get stuck and need someone with a different perspective to go deep with your group. Through coaching, we might collectively discover your team needs some intensive help to get you through a specific workstream. In such instances, a traditional consulting relationship (problem definition, analysis, recommendation, implementation, review) would be in order.

Fractional COO or Training Services 

Sometimes you need a little more in your organization than a coaching or consulting relationship. Perhaps you need to add some bench strength to your leadership team but cannot afford another C-level executive. Highland Ross will serve as a part-time chief operating officer. Perhaps your company is not yet large enough to support a training department. Highland Ross can provide just the right level of support to ensure your employees get the training they need.

Strategic Planning Retreats

We will take your leadership team to an off-site location for half a day, up to two days, and will have plenty of whiteboards, flip charts, sticky notes, and markers. The agenda will be yours, but Highland Ross will facilitate to keep the discussions relevant, on track, lively, and engaging. Your team comes in with their ideas and passions. They leave with a set of crisp, actionable initiatives for your team to cascade and lead throughout the organization.
